Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and monthly financial close Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Experience with complex revenue recognition and accounting processes Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
