Azure Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer REMOTE to Start & then Hybrid / Onsite in NYC, NY 12+ Months Phone / Video Hire Requirements : Bachelor s degree in information Technology or a computer related field.

10+ years of total experience who have been spent developing Azure cloud service solutions.

Preferred certification : Microsoft Certified - Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Certification in Agile Methodology is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of Azure services across compute, storage, networking and databases.

Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Functions, Azure App Services

Expertise in Azure networking concepts, including Virtual Networks, Subnets, Azure Firewall, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Content Delivery Network (CDN) and VPN Gateway.

Knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Data warehouse, and other database services.

Good understanding of Intra ID, single sign-on (SSO) processes and the integration of applications with Microsoft Intra ID.

Knowledge of various Azure storage options, such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Table Storage, Azure Queue Storage, and Azure Files.

Thorough understanding of Azure Security best practices and their application.

Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights for monitoring and logging.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI / CD), and source code management.
