Job descriptionWork with site staff at our partner schools in the area Lead STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum Teach students in grades K-8th About you This role is great for early-career educators and seasoned educators alike. Available to start training immediately (paid), and to start instructing immediately Availability - 7.5 instructional hours + 5 hours of prep time = 12.5 hours paid per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 2 : 30pm - 4 : 00pm Wednesday - 12 : 00pm - 1 : 30pm Must be willing to cover multiple different schools within the Palm Springs Unified School District Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting Exceptional communication skills Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willing to go through our professional development training program Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 / hr depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance and time with the company.
