Job Title : Onsite Support Specialist

Pay Rate : $18 / hr-$21 / hr

Hours : Just need to work 8 hours and can come in anytime from 6 : 00am-9 : 00am

Start Date : November 3rd

Interview Process : One & Done (30-minute virtual)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Support Specialist to assist in the migration of branch RF units (Zebra scanners) into our Microsoft Intune-managed database . This is an entry-level technical role ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in device setup, support, and particularly with Zebra scanning devices.

Goal : Bringing unmanaged or legacy RF units under centralized management via Microsoft Intune, which allows for device configuration, security enforcement, and remote management.

Must Haves :

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of mobile device management (MDM) systems, preferably Microsoft Intune.
Experience with Zebra scanners or similar RF devices.
Familiarity with Android OS and Wi-Fi / network setup.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Day to Day :

Inventory and assess existing RF units (Zebra scanners).

Prepare devices for migration, including resets and configuration.

Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune using approved methods (e.g., QR code, Android Enterprise).

Apply and verify device configuration profiles and compliance policies.

Document migration steps and outcomes for each branch.
