Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team in Cresco / New Hampton, IA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)

Preferred Qualifications

Travel experience is preferred.

IA License - BLS

SNF / LTC Experience
