Position : LPN Unit Manager

Pay : Starting at $37.00 / HR DOE

Location : Willapa Harbor Care , 1100 Jackson St., Raymond, WA 98577

What you will do :

• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean.
• Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education,
• Monitor supplies and order as needed
• Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD / PA / ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR / TAR and progress notes
• Assess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders.
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON
