Test Coordinator (Chicago)

Coforge is seeking experienced Test Coordinator, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing testing activities across multiple projects to ensure quality standards are met. This role involves working closely with QA teams, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to manage test schedules, resources, and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities :

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, and test strategies.
• Coordinate testing efforts across functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure test environments and data are prepared and available.
• Track and report testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing scope and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
• Maintain documentation related to test execution and results.
