What you'll be responsible for :

As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll focus on routine maintenance tasks, preventative care, and responding to basic repair requests. You'll help keep the property in excellent condition by handling minor repairs, supporting preventative maintenance, and assisting with larger projects under supervision.
