As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring our products move seamlessly from production facilities to customers across the globe. You’ll help optimize processes, support inventory management, and collaborate with teams to maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities :

• Organize and maintain comprehensive shipping, compliance, and transportation records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Accurately enter and update customer, order, and shipment information across multiple logistics platforms, maintaining real-time data integrity to support smooth operations and reporting.
• Prepare and review shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to confirm order details, shipping instructions, delivery schedules, and any special handling requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments, proactively identifying potential delays, discrepancies, or issues, and coordinating solutions to keep products moving efficiently.
• Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and processing documentation, to maintain an organized, efficient, and high-functioning operational environment.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing more efficient workflows to optimize logistics operations and enhance overall supply chain performance.
