13-Week Contract | Up to $3,450 Weekly (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Mammography Technologist to join our partnered facility in Palm Springs, California . Job Description :

As a Travel Mammography Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mammography and breast ultrasound procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams

Conduct breast ultrasound procedures and assist radiologists during stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and needle localizations

Perform DEXA exams as needed

Ensure proper documentation of procedures and coding

Educate and support patients throughout their imaging experience

Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in all aspects of imaging

Education & Certification Requirements :

Required :

Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology

CRT - Mammography certification

Breast Ultrasound ARRT certification and / or RDMS Breast Ultrasound certification

AHA BLS certification

Prior experience as a Mammography Technologist

Desired :

Diagnostic Technologists with Ultrasound experience Contract Details :

Length : 13 weeks

Compensation : Up to $3,450 per week , based on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday Day Shift.  Hours will vary
