Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crew Lead to join our team! If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations manager with job delegation, oversight, and quality control
• Inspect, set up, and operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain and clean company equipment after each use.
• Always ensure excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and documenting completed jobs.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.

Compensation : $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
