• Own a customer base of small business entrepreneurs with the primary objective of driving structured advisory services valued by our customers.
• Proactive services provided via :

post-sale new client contract introduction / consultation

is promoted in a webinar)

o respond to customer questions (planning, accounting, educational)

o drive awareness of customer needs, advocate for quality service

o refer accounting questions / adjustments to other team members for follow up
