Assistant Project Manager

STV currently has opening for an Assistant Project Manager in the PM / CM group in Connecticut.

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Connecticut team with a strong history of experience with capital projects. The Assistant Project Manager's overall objective is to support the Project Manager to build and maintain a positive client relationship, and to achieve or exceed the schedule, budget and quality requirements of the project. This is a full time in person position.

• Participate in, or leads project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for successful project selection.
• Develop and manage the project execution plan.
• Manage all project activities including project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
• Establish contractor-client liaison network to keep interested parties informed of project planning, start date, and work and budget progress.
• Hold regularly-scheduled project progress meetings to review team performance and make sure that the client's expectations are being met.
