Job Title : Investment Banking Analyst I or II

Renowned for its deep sector expertise, rigorous analytical approach, and consistent execution of high-profile transactions, this team plays a pivotal role in advising leading companies and investors across the rapidly evolving tech and media landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates, across the technology and media sectors
• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, trading comps)
• Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and confidential information memoranda (CIMs)
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to support strategic advisory work
• Assist in due diligence, data room management, and coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors
• Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and preparing outreach materials
