E-Commerce Team Lead
The E-Commerce Team Lead supports the overall operations of the E-Commerce department, including coordination of daily activities, execution of E-commerce projects, product collection and processing, online marketplace compliance, inventory flow, and loss control. This role provides frontline leadership by directing staff, ensuring sales goals are met, and maintaining efficient and compliant online operations. The Team Lead serves as the acting supervisor in the absence of the E-Commerce Manager and upholds Goodwill Southeast Georgia's mission, vision, and values in all responsibilities.

Your Typical Day
Exemplify Goodwill Southeast Georgia's mission, vision, and values in all work activities.In manager's absence, oversee daily tasks, workflows, and staff activities within established budgets and goals.Complete tasks through both individual performance and direct supervision of assigned employees.Provide directions to team members engaged in sales, inventory-taking, shipping, customer service, and product preparation in alignment with established policies and procedures.Assess inventory and determine priority items for online sales.Communicate listing or platform changes to staff that may impact online performance.Manage customer complaints tactfully and efficiently as needed.Order stock, receive deliveries, and manage inventory levels.Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other internal partners.Manage employee call-outs and uphold time and attendance standards through role modeling.Perform subordinate tasks as needed, including listing, sorting, shipping, cleaning, and related duties.Inventory Management
Ensure listing and shipping goals are met according to established standards.Ensure all sellable products are processed and made available for online sale in a timely manner; maintain consistent product flow.Prepare for scheduled truck deliveries and load / unload trucks as necessary.Maintain adequate equipment and supply levels to support daily operations.Human Resources & Administrative Management
Build and maintain a motivated, well-trained E-commerce team; lead onboarding and training of new employees.Educate staff on policies, procedures, and work instructions; communicate updates as needed.Submit weekly production reports, maintain inventory logs, and support payroll processing and administrative tasks.Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards.Promote and maintain safe working conditions for all staff.Ensure adequate staffing levels to support business needs; work additional shifts when required.Support organizational mission objectives by completing related assignments or tasks as needed.What You'll Need
