The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategy roles, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Deep expertise in GTM and product analytics, as well as mastery of BI tools, SQL, and data storytelling, is essential. The role also requires the ability to influence executive decision-making and a strong background in SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle analysis, and ARR growth levers. A background in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment analysis is preferred, along with familiarity with the modern data stack and advanced analytics techniques.
