Job descriptionA busy, established practice with 4 experienced MIGS gynecologists with an excellent referral base; serving patients locally from our 4 locations across Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties. Cares for a diverse patient population rapidly growing in Central Florida. Performing advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgeries with the support of a dedicated and well-trained clinical staff. Strong administrative support team fosters physician autonomy and collaborative clinical decision making. Competitive compensation package, generous starting bonus with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Full portfolio of benefits including health / vision / dental insurance along with full malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and retirement savings options from day 1! Annual CME stipend in addition to 5 days of paid time for CME attendance. Paid NICA, Florida License, Florida DEA in addition to the CME stipend. We specialize in robotic surgery using the da Vinci® Surgical System and perform as many as 2,000 gynecologic robotic surgeries per year. More than 75 percent of all gynecologic surgeries and 85 percent of hysterectomies are performed minimally invasively. That’s more than double the national average of 30 percent. Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital has 8 Operating Rooms dedicated specifically to performing Gynecological surgical cases, with 5 da Vinci® robots also on-site. Established OB / GYN GME program of 28 residents. Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital has one of the most experienced labor and delivery units in the nation, delivering more than 14,000 babies every year. Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is one of the largest in the United States, offering both level II and level III (the highest level) care; and is ranked in Neonatology by S. News & World Report . We are a Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Hospital for the State of Florida, whereby high-risk obstetrical patients and their infants are referred to our specialists. Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital is joined to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children by a two-story connector bridge that enables specialized physicians and services to be shared among women, babies, and children.

The Orlando Health Medical Group (OHMG) and Winnie Palmer Hospital invites you to explore a full-time opportunity with our Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon within a thriving physician-led, professionally managed healthcare system. Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital is a designated Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and Robotics and nationally designated as an Epicenter training site for robotic surgery.
Areas of expertise of the MIGS subspecialist will include advanced multidisciplinary care for endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and abdominal uterine bleeding.
Job Requirements :
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery) Fellowship
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
