Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

- 1-3 years of APP experience in Cardiology, preferred
- Outpatient clinic Monday - Friday (no Saturday clinic)
- Inpatient rounding; Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook
- No weekday or weekend call requirement
- Spanish or Polish speaking, preferred
- Excellent benefits, PTO, retirement plans, etc.
- Annual Salary : $108 - $118K
