JOB DETAILS :

• Open dates : ASAP Pending Credentialing thru 5 / 06 / 22
• We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Med / UC experience Mon-Fri (5 days / week)
• MUST be DOT certified
• Flexible, weekday availability, willing to travel if needed.
• Worksite Setting : Free standing clinic
• EMR / EHR system : Allscripts
