Junior Recruiter

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates

Build applicant pipelines and maintain relationships with community representatives and educational institutions

Create weekly activity reports on recruitment metrics and manage candidate experience

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience

Preferred college coursework up to a Bachelor's degree

Preferred industry certification(s) from recognized institutions
