Key Responsibilities Project manage provider launches to ensure timely progress Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews for practices Oversee critical customer experience operations and support communication with providers Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice Strong ability to analyze financial statements and advise on profitability strategies Proven track record of developing growth strategies and solving operational challenges Understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including compliance and revenue cycle management Experience in meeting and exceeding performance targets
