Key Responsibilities :

• Drive financial success by ensuring budgets and financial projections are met.
• Lead the recruitment and retention of top-tier management talent.
• Implement business controls and customer service strategies across all levels.
• Regularly visit units to ensure company standards and policies are maintained.
• Support ongoing training programs that boost staff performance and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies that drive district growth.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels and develop retention strategies.
• Enforce food safety standards and health / sanitation regulations across locations.
• Monitor cash, property, product, and equipment control procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks and reports with precision.
