Customer Service Representative II

Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health by establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Job Summary : The Representative II, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research, and order problem / dispute resolution.

Responsibilities :

• Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home
• Support an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions
• Provide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner

Anticipated hourly range : $15.00 to $22.57 per hour
