Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Liaison to lead community outreach and admissions efforts for our skilled nursing facility. If you have a heart for helping families, strong referral-building skills, and a talent for connecting people with care, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for families and prospective residents during the admissions process.
  • Represent Highlands Health and Rehabilitation in the community and at events.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and compassionate intake experience.
  • Track and report referral trends and census data.

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or outreach (preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance-based admissions.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
