We are seeking a Field Security Architect to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to our growing base of enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will combine the strengths of a Security Architect, Solutions Engineer, and Customer Success professional. You will be the primary technical contact for prospects and customers. In your role, you will be responsible for excellent POV experience, smooth onboarding, and full adoption. Also, you will serve as the voice of the customer for our secure design review platform.

What will you do :

• Proof Of Value : Help new prospects to gain the value of the platform through all stages of the POV period.
• Customer Onboarding : Serve as the primary technical advisor to the customer, ensuring a seamless transition from POV to full onboarding. This includes leading onboarding sessions, configuring the platform to customer requirements, and ensuring rapid time-to-value
• Customer trusted advisor : Work closely with customers to understand workflows, gather requirements, and ensure our platform meets evolving needs. Collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.Provide proactive, high-touch support to key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
• Escalation Management : Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution
