LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Endocrinology MD in Missouri!

About The Position

We are seeking an Endocrinologist for a locum tenens assignment in Missouri, beginning Jan 5, 2026. This full-time role spans 120 days with day shifts from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The position centers on outpatient clinic care, primarily involving diabetes, metabolic conditions, endocrine cancers, tumors, and thyroid disorders.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide outpatient care for patients with diabetes and metabolic conditions
  • Diagnose and manage endocrine cancers and tumors
  • Treat thyroid, calcium, and bone disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive endocrine evaluations and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Adhere to clinic protocols and best practices
  • Additional Information

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an endocrinology clinical setting required
  • Active Missouri medical license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism required
  • No malpractice history required to obtain temporary privileges
