Job Title : HIM Operations – Release of Information (ROI) Manager (On-Site – Contract-to-Hire)

Contract : 6 months (12 / 8 / 2025 – 6 / 5 / 2026), Contract-to-Hire opportunity

Job Description :

We're hiring a Release of Information (ROI) Manager to oversee the daily operations of ROI services within The Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) . Reporting to the Director of HIM Operations, this leader will manage a team of 13 ROI staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state / federal regulations, supervising vendor relationships, and serving as a Privacy Liaison under the direction of the Privacy Office. This position plays a key role in optimizing workflows, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring exceptional service across JHH and Bayview facilities.

Location :

• On-site, 5 days / week at 1800 Orleans St, Baltimore, MD 21287
• Occasional travel (1–2 times per week) to Bayview for vendor oversight
• Equipment provided by Medasource
• HIPAA-compliant workspace required
