Job descriptionThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist manages inbound and outbound calls to ensure complience with call center metrics. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist provides professional customer service with patients, their agents, insurance companies and any other individual who may contact the business office. Interact with other staff members to resolve problems and must ensure that all communication is positive and productive. Schedules priorities to meet deadlines as determined by management. Perform other duties as assigned. Microsoft Office Suite; Excel highly preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Experience in public safety or medical services preferred. High School Diploma One (1) year of customer service experience in call center Outstanding typing skills Effective mathematics skills required. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
Customer Service Representative - Data Specialist in Tempe, AZ
Location : Remote
Compensation Range : $15.50 / hr (BONUS POTENTIAL - Ask about our Comp Plan!)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist will focus primarily on account updates, customer service, in a call center environment, and special projects. This position will have performance benchmarks and production expectations.
