Description

  • Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for the company through a focused expansion of the customer base.
  • Prospect for new leads in your territory.
  • Service existing clients.
  • Effectively demonstrate product line.
  • Update our Customer Relationship Management software with accurate, timely information.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary : $50,000 (paid bi-weekly).
  • Commission : Commission begins after successfully completing 90 days of employment and receiving a favorable performance review. You will have 12 months from your hire date to reach 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons.
  • Other Perks : Company car and company paid fuel.
  • PTO : Accrue 12 days of paid time off annually (includes vacation, sick, and personal time). Prorated based on start date. Increases to 17 days per year after 7 years of employment.
  • Paid Holidays : 6 days per calendar year : New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Benefits : We offer a full benefits package including 3 medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, long term disability, accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, and critical illness. FSA and HSA options also available.
  • Company Paid Benefits : Company paid life insurance, short-term disability, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
  • Retirement : 401(k) / Roth plans available with company match and immediate vesting.
