Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with management and team members to handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to executives and staff
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as requested
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support internal departments in day-to-day administrative functions
