Saint Luke's Hospital South is on the hunt for a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse with experience to join our Med Surg Intermediate Float Pool Department!

• 36 hours week
• Night shift
• Benefits eligible
• Float Pay Incentive
• Will float to all four entities as well as Smithville

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department. Tier 3 required to work at four metro hospital entities.

Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
