Role Overview :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver essential nursing care to patients across all age groups. You'll work in a structured care setting, strictly following Sanford's policies and procedures. Your collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, will be key in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

You will be expected to demonstrate a sound understanding of nursing principles and practices, perform necessary testing to assess patients, and interpret data to provide appropriate care tailored to each patient's unique needs. A firm grasp of medication effects and nursing skills will be essential for your success.
