Job Description :

• Use the Cognos Analytics business intelligence tool to develop reports and dashboards for the campus community in support of business operations and decision support
• Utilize Cognos Packages, Structured Query Language (SQL) and other tools to extract and manipulate data from Oracle transactional database tables and data warehouse
• Communicate with faculty and staff to gather, clarify and refine requirements
• Track and document information requests using ServiceNow
• Develop and support a report catalog and metadata
• Other duties as assigned
• Standard operating hours for this position are 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Monday through Friday
