  • Types of Cases : Cardiovascular, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia. No OB or Peds.
  • Credentialing : 60 days.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certified CRNA
  • Certifications : CRNA, APRN, ACLS
  • Licensure : Minnesota or Willing to License
