Leasing Consultant, Everett, MA (The Batch Yard)

The Batch Yard Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our property in Everett MA!

Job responsibilities for the position include :

• Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
• Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
• Processing applications preparation of lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
• Resolving resident issues or concerns
• Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
• Marketing of the community thru online advertisements corporate outreach and social media.
