Corporate Travel Coordinator

Quintessentially Travel is the luxury travel consultancy and sister company of the Global Luxury Lifestyle brand, Quintessentially. Quintessentially Travel is seeking a full time Corporate Travel Coordinator (9 : 30am-6pm, Monday-Friday) who wants a hands-on experience in luxury travel and customer service for a corporate incentive account.

Daily tasks include :

• Booking high volumes of prepackaged incentive trips based on client's preferred dates while maintaining budgetary requirements (no flights)
• Managing the inbox for incoming trip booking requests, and reaching out to clients via email to organize trips
• High level communication with VIP clients
• Organizing and logging details of trips on a project management platform
• Inputting self-booked client flight details to each itinerary on Travefy
• Creating and sending final itinerary documents and necessary travel information to clients
• Editing itineraries due to last minute changes / cancellations
