Senior Product Manager, Unity AI

Unity is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the product vision and strategy for new learners and indie developers. The goal is to democratize game creation by making the Unity editor more intuitive and delivering agentic AI-powered tools.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone passionate about lowering barriers to entry, shaping consumer product experiences, and leveraging GenAI to inspire the next generation of creators.

What you'll be doing

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for Unity’s learner and indie developer persona, focusing on accessibility and growth.
• Partner with engineering, design, and ML teams to design and deliver agentic AI-powered workflows that simplify game creation.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances near-term improvements with bold long-term innovation.
• Leverage market insights, ecosystem knowledge, and user research methodologies to deeply understand users’ needs and design intuitive solutions.
• Drive adoption and engagement by shaping consumer-oriented onboarding experiences that lower barriers to game creation.
• Collaborate across Unity’s ecosystem, aligning with teams in our Create and Grow divisions to deliver a unified product experience.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse stakeholders and guiding teams through ambiguity toward impactful outcomes.
• Analyze and track success metrics to continuously improve usability, adoption, and creator satisfaction.
