Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS

Proficiency in PL / SQL and SQL

Experience designing and implementing Position Control in large, complex organizations (preferably government)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

Skilled in conducting gap analysis, drafting system requirements, and recommending process improvements
