Trader Voice Support team member duties :

• Support 300 traders / turrets on local trade floor and assist TVS Team enterprise wide
• Perform morning checks and monitor system health daily
• Support remote IPC TOI Touch Turrets
• Support remote IPC Unigy soft client
• Support AV audio feeds for market hours news streaming
• Support multiple types of headsets deskside and remote
• Interpret UCNs AORs RAORs ARDs MRDs Hoots OCX SIP and VoIP
• Create MACs & support tickets and edit user profiles via IPC UMS and CXU Portal
• Configure profiles & support tickets in Cloud9 Portal
• Configure pack and ship technology manage stock
• Assist IPC & Cloud9 engineers troubleshooting hardware circuits and firewalls
• Create and maintain Service Now tickets & CRQs on BMO network
• Understand and implement Compliance recording retention periods
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Apps Outlook Teams Excel
• Assist with on-site weekend zone upgrades and DR testing
• Support and Assist trader desk moves
• Assist with IPC / Cloud9 data cleanup and cost reduction projects
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Exhibit helpful knowledgeable affable deskside manner
• Flexibility to step outside role to assist IT Support (CMRI) Team when necessary
• Early start punctuality a must flexibility during unexpected events
• Excellent time and task management skills self-initiative required
• Desire to learn new concepts and technologies contribute innovation
• Support future voice technologies BMO might use like Zoom Teams voice

Monitors restores service changes supports and handles day-to-day activities 7 / 24 / 365 required to run the mission critical systems for the company ensuring business service levels are met and environments are managed. Monitors and ensures service restoration of infrastructure applications (online and offline) and security while meeting service level agreements. Provides the Help / Service Desk support as well as coordinates and facilitates Incident Management deploys changes to the production environment and engages 3rd party providers contracted to the Bank during an incident. Provides immediate response to production program or system problems. Participates in testing cycles to ensure the ability to deploy and operability of infrastructure and applications. Deploys implements provisions applications and infrastructure per deployment plans and infrastructure build guides.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
