The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. They will assist customers with inquiries, schedule and manage service appointments, and provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and gather relevant information.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of services.
• Provide accurate and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers.
• Estimate repair costs and time required for services.
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues.

Requirements

Compensation

Base pay range : $65,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-120,000 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is provided, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle services and purchases.
