At Schlotzskys, our Kitchen Team Members are the heart of our deli operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys working with quality ingredients to create sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and more no grills or fryers, no grease!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock workstations with fresh ingredients and supplies
• Assemble sandwiches, pizzas, and salads with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Operate deli equipment including ovens and prep tools (no open-flame cooking involved)
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to keep a clean and organized kitchen
• Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Support daily prep routines to maintain product freshness and quality
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift
