Your Role as an RN at Novant Health

You’ll lead your care team, building individualized relationships with patients while providing safe and effective nursing care in a med / surg setting.

Highlights :

Responsibilities : Administer patient care and treatments aligned with care plans, oversee unlicensed staff, ensure a safe and culturally appropriate environment .

Requirements :

Valid RN license for North Carolina (compact license acceptable)

Current BLS (AHA); ACLS within 6 months of hire

Preferred : ≥2 years of Med / Surg or critical care experience
