Preschool Teacher for Nature Based, Child-led Arts and Ecology Preschool.

Wave of the Future Preschool is seeking a candidate for our preschool program in Seaview, WA .

We seeking a teacher for 30.5 hours a week. The schedule is 11-5 : 30 Monday-Thursday and 11-3 : 30 Fridays.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and experienced with children. Experience working with children required. Experience with Montessori, outdoor and arts education preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Lead our after school program (3-5 pm)
• Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn and explore
• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued
• Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness
• Communicate with parents and caregivers
