Job Overview :
As a CRM Administrator / Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the use of our CRM system, a business client management and enablement platform, within FirstService Residential. The primary focus will be supporting, streamlining, and automating the system and workflows, as well as maximizing the capabilities of our CRM to enhance team usage, productivity, and data accuracy. The CRM administration focus is on maintaining the system, including data management, user access, and security, and the CRM developer focus is on development and implementation of custom solutions within the system.
Your Responsibilities :
CRM Configuration and Customization
- Configure and customize CRM to meet the specific needs and workflows of different teams and projects.
- Implement and maintain all entities including forms, fields, relationships, etc within CRM.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand their unique requirements and ensure that the CRM system aligns with organizational goals.Gather feedback from users to continuously improve and optimize the CRM.Workflow Optimization
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Implement changes to optimize processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall efficiency.Security and Access Management
Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive information within CRM.Assign / remove CRM licenses to / from users as requested by Regional leadership.Reporting and Analytics
Work with Corporate Sales team on developing dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and activities.Monthly charge back reporting on CRM users.Stay Informed on CRM System Updates
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in CRM and assess their potential impact on the organization.Evaluate and recommend new CRM functionalities that could benefit the organization.System Optimization
Maintain system storage and Sand Box requirements to optimize system capacity and leverage the Sand Box for testing prior to committing updates to the production environment.Optimize the system by maintaining updates and continuous cleanup efforts.The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science)5+ years experience in managing Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.CRM Certification a plus.Learner mindset, always willing to research, take a course, and discover ways to grow themselves and the system.Travel :
Hybrid based out of Dania Beach Florida or remote in CA, LA, NJ, NV, PA, TX, OH, CO, IL.
10% travel to South Florida for remote workers.
