Here, you are a trusted co-provider with the doctor, using clinical indicators to recommend therapy, educating patients, and shaping care plans. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $45–$50 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan; or $87,000–$10,000 annualized for full-time schedules. 3 out of 4 hygienists earned an incentive payout.
• Sign-on bonus : $5,000 sign-on bonus
