Job description

Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We seek a passionate RN ER to be at the front line of patient care, managing critical cases with confidence and compassion. Are you a passionate RN ER looking for an exciting opportunity in Emergency Medicine? Join our dedicated team and provide high-quality, life-saving care to patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment!

Position Responsibilities :

Provide rapid assessment and treatment for patients in emergency situations.
Perform triage, administer medications, and initiate life-saving interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.

Role Qualifications :

Active RN license in Washington State.

It is required to have an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certified required within six months of hire.

Emergency or critical care nursing experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome!

Strong ability to work under pressure, adapt in a fast-paced setting, and be open to working night shifts.
