Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Identify analyze and prioritize process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and other CI methodologies.
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional improvement projects (e.g. Kaizen events value stream mapping 5S) from conception to completion.
- Train coach and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles tools and techniques.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement efforts.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure alignment and successful integration of CI projects.
