WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Night Maintenance, you will protect the guest experience by ensuring the building and equipment are ready for the next day. This is a third-shift role, so you will use the time the store is closed to focus on the appearance of the building and the cleanliness of the food-preparation areas. Practice Hospitality in Action :
