We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the design development and evolution of next-generation command and control (C2) software this role you will serve as a technical authority and cross-team architect driving technical excellence across multiple agile delivery teams. You will shape architectural decisions mentor senior engineers and collaborate closely with leadership partners and the Department of Defense (DoD) community to deliver secure scalable and interoperable cloud-based solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has mastered fullstack engineering and is ready to influence the direction of complex distributed systems spanning web backend and data domains.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Architecture & System Design

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for multiple products or services defining standards and ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
• Design system interfaces and integration patterns that enable reuse and interoperability across Hypergiants C2 portfolio.
• Evaluate emerging technologies conduct build-vs-buy analysis and document key architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions align with IL4 / IL5 and FedRAMP security frameworks.
