Responsibilities

• Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner
• Main point of contact for designated accounts
• Offer product solutions for customers using your technical expertise
• Promote value-added services to customers
• Process customer quotes, orders and returns
• Complete a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services
• Expedite orders to satisfy customer timelines
• Perform other inside-sales related tasks
• Be an asset to the entire team, not just order entry and field complaints
